Of course! Just let the groomer know in advance so we can allow time for our quick tour.

Yes. As a pet owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your pet is up to date on vaccinations as state laws require. We also recommend the following additional vaccinations: distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza adenovirus type 2, parvovirus, corona, leptospirosis, and Bordetella before being groomed. 

Pets with fleas must schedule the Flea Removal Service as this is a more extensive service and groomers must decontaminate the van after any flea removal service.

Please note, per policy, if fleas are found during regular grooming (i.e. not notified), there is a $1000 fee associated as we must remove any van from service that has encountered fleas, which will cancel the remaining appointments for the day, so we can decontaminate our van.

We estimate between 1 -2 hours depending on the breed of your pet, condition of their coat and hygiene needs.

After our initial visit, you can complete our alternative access form, so you do not need to be home for future grooms.

We work with pet friendly corporate offices all the time. If you let us know ahead of time, we can set up a service through our app so all you have to do is type in your office address and select the best time for your schedule. Our groomer usually parks in designated parking lot and can take multiple appointments, so tell your co workers!

Yes! As with most personalized services, tipping is appropriate especially if you are happy with the services.
